These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bub888 ("bub888", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bub888 website located at bub888.net and all associated services, products, features, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the bub888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Use of the bub888 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bub888, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

• You are of sound mind and are not registering or placing wagers under duress, coercion, or as a result of a gambling addiction that you have already identified as problematic.

bub888 employs age and identity verification procedures. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) at any point. Account access may be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accumulated during a period of non-compliance may be voided.

Knowingly providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent the 18+ age restriction is a serious violation of these Terms and constitutes fraud. bub888 will permanently close any account found to belong to a minor and will report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

To access the full range of bub888 services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) bub888 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings across all duplicate accounts will be voided and forfeited.
• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.
• The primary account may also be suspended pending investigation at bub888's sole discretion.
• Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be withheld pending a compliance review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any third party's account. bub888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bub888 immediately by contacting our support team. bub888 may temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.

Account registration requires a valid mobile number linked to a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account in your own name. The mobile financial service account used for deposits and withdrawals must belong to the same individual as the bub888 account. Third-party payment transfers are prohibited and will result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on the bub888 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bub888 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via supported payment methods. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction fees, for which bub888 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum deposit per transaction: as displayed in the cashier at time of deposit
• Deposits are credited to your bub888 account balance in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded minus any applicable processing costs
• bub888 reserves the right to request proof of payment source before crediting large deposits

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible
• Account verification (KYC) must be complete before any withdrawal is processed
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes for verified accounts; complex cases may take up to 24 hours
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms
• bub888 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction

bub888 takes all reasonable steps to detect and prevent money laundering, fraud, and financial crime. Any account suspected of being used for such purposes will be immediately suspended, and the matter will be reported to the appropriate authorities. All suspicious transactions are logged and investigated in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering procedures.

bub888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal festival offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion. A player who has previously claimed a particular bonus type is not automatically eligible for the same bonus again unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. bub888 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active wagering requirements at the time of a promotion withdrawal will be given reasonable notice and opportunity to complete their existing requirements under the original terms.

By using the bub888 Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform only for its intended lawful purpose. You further agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Use any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house
• Exploit any error, glitch, or malfunction in the Platform's software or games. Any winnings obtained as a result of a software error are not valid and will be voided
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cooperative play designed to manipulate sporting or gaming outcomes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform
• Transmit any virus, malware, or other malicious code through the Platform
• Conduct or facilitate any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform
• Engage in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory behaviour toward bub888 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your bub888 account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any third party
• Access the Platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion order, either placed by yourself or enforced by bub888

Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending bonuses and bonus-derived winnings, and permanent closure of your account. Where the breach involves potential criminal activity, bub888 will report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

bub888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete account verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Detection of a duplicate or multiple account situation
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage gambling
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit
• Detection of bonus abuse or exploitation of the Platform
• Request from a player to self-exclude or take a responsible gaming break

Where an account is closed by bub888 for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, the balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are not returnable in any circumstance of account closure for breach.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your bub888 account at any time by contacting the support team. Where the closure request is made on responsible gaming grounds, bub888 will process the request immediately and apply a self-exclusion restriction. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. bub888 will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying a dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 after the initial 12-month inactive period, which will be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bub888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling winnings due to Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond bub888's reasonable control
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or game result displayed on the Platform
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay
• Any disruption to live sports events or market outcomes caused by events outside bub888's control, including but not limited to weather events, match abandonments, or officiating decisions

bub888 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. bub888 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

bub888's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate, including contract, tort, and statutory claims.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bub888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a possible and expected outcome of participation. bub888 does not guarantee any winnings, profits, or return on any wager or bet placed on the Platform. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bub888 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
